Yellow bags from Hermès are a rare breed, though some shades are much harder to come by than others. This mini Kelly 20, though, takes the cake: Moutarde. Produced exclusively in 2012 for use in the ‘Cascade’ Birkin, and rarely found fully covering Birkins from that year, Moutarde has been dormant for a decade. Recently added to the list of Special Order colors, though, this spicy shade, which takes its name from ‘Mustard’ in French, is rendered here in the latest and most popular style. Paired with a Gris Perle interior, this bag has a unique duality, the gold hardware-tipped exterior opens to reveal a cool silvery lambskin lining. Still in store-fresh condition, this Special Order piece is beyond special.
